    Roger Carter has stepped down as trustee (due to their moving) and I have stepped back up as trustee.

    I want to see what evenings are best for meetings. My new business has me doing vendor events just about every weekend so we will need to plan our meeting for evenings during the week. I would like to know which nights are best for each of you and what times are best. Also would like to know if we should continue monthly meetings, every other month meetings or quarterly meetings.

    I would also like ideas for where we should have our x-mas party. My house is too much of a mess for me to host it so I was thinking a restaurant unless someone else wants to host it.
