    Hello Quad Cities.
My wife and I would like to extend an invitation to join us at Scott county park on July 18th.
We would like to take the opportunity to meet as many of you as possible, and talk about what you would like to do for upcoming meetings, and how often you would like to get together.  We will provide hotdogs and burgers and drinks. you are welcome to bring a side dish to share. Also, if you have kids, there is a great pool in the park with water slides and other pool activities, so bring their swim gear.
If you would like to come join us and talk about the club, please sign up here so we can get an idea on how much we should bring.
                               Hope to see you there

I understand this is a busy time of yr for most everyone, and talking reef is one of the things furthest from every ones minds.

Iam going to continue to plan on this event for another week, and if it doesnt seem feasable i will postpone it and try again at another date. The BOD is giving me an opertunity to try and set up a few events in our area. so if there is something you would like to do by all means let me or matt know and between us we will do our best to set something up.

that sounds like a great time. And yeah i still want to do the picnic but i realise with summer the last thing on peoples minds is their reef and wanting to talk about it. that said im not opposed to rescheduling by any means. If a differant date works for more people please pet me know. In the mean time id like to get some feed back on other things people would like to do.

For those of us who work weekends it would be difficult to show before 4 on sundays and 6 on saturdays. Just something to keep in mind.
