I'm currently dealing with a devestating amount of majano anenemes in my tank. They are spreading like crazy and killing all my corals in their path. I've been doing alot of research and looking online, but thought I'd throw a post out there to get some more feedback. Has anyone had these and had anything that ATE them? From what I've read, kalking them is about the only way, even though Ive seen a few people with success with Joes juice and similar aiptasia solutions. My next question would be on how to actually mix the kalk. I bought Kent Marine Kalkwasser and tried mixing it a few times now exactly how it says on the bottle, and Im not getting the results. Theres suppose to be a film on the top, clear in the middle, and more film on the bottom of the solution you make. When I mix it, its all clear, no film on top, and after a while it all just settles on the bottom. What am I doing wrong? If anyone could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it as would all my corals. I've thought about even destroying my perfectly aquascaped tank to just kill all the rock and start fresh, but even that wouldnt help as alot of them are still on my corals. Its really starting to get out of hand so if anyone can help me please, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!!

Raccoon butterflies will primarily eat them, along with copperband butterflies. Not sure about peppermin shrimp, I know they eat aiptasai, not sure about majanos. If you're going to manually remove them, I'd recommend aiptaisa-x. You can get it online or readily at any PetCo. Not sure if any other LFS's in CR will have it for you. How big is your tank and how many would you think you have? If you use kalk, you'll mess up your tanks pH if you kill too many at one time. Kalk past is super concentrated calcium/alkalinity and will raise pH very fast, but aiptaisia-x won't affect it. BE CAREFUL!
