MACNA walk through in Des Moines Sept 25th

Hi all,
We are going to do a walk through at Hy Vee Hall on Sat Sept 25th. 
We are going to lay out the booths with string/ribbon to make sure they lay right & get a feel for the show floor.
If anyone wants to come & check it out or help they are more then welcome.  I am not sure the exact time yet, but will probably be around 11:00.

Ok the time to meet is 10:30.

We will probably be a couple of hours so if you want to come later no big deal.

We will be in the convention halls on the upper level.

Reminder this is open to anyone who wants to come out Sat.

 

Please park in the parking lot on the south side of HyVee Hall, at the corner of 3rd and Park, a door will be open for you there, and the halls are just at the top of the stairs there.
