    I'd like to take part and will be in Iowa City until at least noon. No idea how long the BOD meeting will last, so the later the better [for me]. Everyone else chime in, you won't upset me if everyone else wants to do it earlier.

    Personally, I was thinking like mid to late afternoon...say 4 or 5...

    I'm still in - and I don't think there was really a plan other than to meet at the Haus around 4:30??

    at that point we could have a few brews and decide who's house to go to and in what order...

    Yes and Yes. It is just to the south of Spag Works and the new building they put up in what used to be the lot next to the Spaghetti Works...
