    lol. I will probably eat more hard boiled eggs now. I love them, but hate peeling them

    so has anyone tried it? do you really have to soak them in ice water with baking soda?

    Cool, I am going to have to try that. I personally don't usually have a problem with eggs though. I boil them, cool them under cold water, then to remove the shell I crack it and roll the egg on the counter under pressure from my palm. This breaks the shell into many small pieces that peel off the egg in one big sheet. I do the same thing to oranges, minus the boiling and cooling part... Take an orange and place it on the counter apply pressure while rolling it. This squishes the pulp section of the peel and allows the orange to be easily peeled with little to no pulp remaining on the fruit.
