It doesn't appear that that unit is dimable at all. Might not be an issue for you, but I would rather have that option. Being able to adjust light intensities of the whites and blues separately to get the amount of light and the coloration you are wanting is a really nice feature to LEDs.
There are many members that have done DIY led fixtures and the colors over the tanks look excellent. I'm sure someone would be more than happy to give you a hand with building one if you want to reconsider the DIY route.

The price seems too good to be true. I have no idea about those specific units, but there are some ultra long threads about eBay "cheap Chinese" leds (those sold as DIY kits) that got the thumbs down from those that know (or at least seem to know) what they are talking about. My honest prediction is that if these perform as well as the competition initially, they will probably last about 1/5 (or less) as long. I base that latter statement on nothing but my gut, as well as a little experience with cheaper aquarium products found on eBay. If you think you are sold, I would give RC a shot and see what people think there. You are bound to find SOMEONE who has these that has actually runs tests on how well they compare with your other options.

there basically the same thing as what reef koi sells but keep in mind there cheap chineese lights so you would be lucky if they last more then a year or 2

I say buy them and let us all know how they go. I bought the knock off for Marinelands 4xT5 Fixture and saved 200.00 buck and think the knock off is great for the price. Just remember you will lose a little for the cheaper price, but if that is what you want to spend and take the chance then do it. I would be willing to bet they will be just fine and you will be happy with them for the most part for the money you will save, but that is just my 2 cents.

One other person has said on here they have them or something like then and are happy with them...

I have one of the Reefkoi Evo 150s and one of the ebay lights linked above. Both are made in China, but the Evo-150 is a bit more refined - dim-able lights, permanent power cords, better case. The ebay lights have "replaceable" cords, no dimmer, and a cheaper look about them (mine is hidden in my fish-room, the Evo is on my display tank). Neither have heat sinks, but both have fans in them that turn on when either of the light switches are turned on (white and blue lights are on separate switches with both kinds. So far, on the ebay light I have had a power cord go bad - the seller refunded the cost of a new cord to me.

I would hope to squeeze at least 2 years out of the ebay light, but am prepared to upgrade parts on it as needed. It is currently lighting a 20 long with a frag rack about half way up - I don't see why it wouldn't provide the light you need, but it isn't overly refined looking and I would probably keep your T5 around as a back up.

One of they many luxuries some of the more expensive LED fixtures offer is control. Having the ability to setup a ramp up and down to simulate sun up and down is pretty nice and in my opinion worth saving for.
