@Jerry k. - based on other responses - it looks like meeting at Casey's off of I380 in North Liberty is a better location. I hope that works for you - between 11:30 & 12:00.

I think that would work quite fine. Straight shot from North Liberty Casey's and the exit I need to take to Xiaoxi's house. I'll firm up time tomorrow. But my guess is 12:30 - 1:30

 

Xiaoxi's house is like 5 minutes from menards.
