June Meeting

    Time to start thinking about our get together in June.  We are planning a BBQ on Saturday June 18th at our place in Eldridge.  That is the weekend of the airshow so the thought is that anyone who would like to watch the airshow off our deck are more than welcome and then we would begin grilling at about 4:00.  
    The show starts at noon so join us for snacks and drinks during that time.  We will be having burgers, hot dogs and baked beans.  If there is something else you would like let me know and we will see what we can do.
    We are going to need a firm count on this event so if you plan on attending please let myself, Mthomp, or greenonion know.

    i should be able to make it. if its ok to bring the family there will be 5 of us. if not then it will be just me. i can bring a side dish or 2

    I will have to wait until the first of the month to see my work schedule to know if I will be able to make it.

    Families would be great!  Let's make it more of a potluck.  If everyone brings a dish that would be wonderful.  As I stated we will provide burgers, hot dogs, baked beans and I'm sure we will make a couple of side dishes also.  We will also have some snacks during the airshow.
    Once you confirm you are coming also list a dish you will be bringing so that we can get some variety.  
    Let me know if this works for everyone.

    We are still working out the details of our Jeep club meeting/picnic that is scheduled for that day also. I'm going to push for an early meeting and picnic so we can run back down to this meeting/bbq.

    We are about a week away and time to get some final counts. Please post up who will be coming and how many. Also approximate time, just so we know how much we need before the BBQ.

    after 4 for me, we will head over right after the soccer game. 3-4 people.

    somebody needs to have a camera this time.

    There will be Michelle and I and it will be close to or after 4 pm. Since we are leaving our place at 9 in the morning and will be driving most of the day we will won't be bringing dish, but now about a few bags of chips?
