I need help with AI`s please!!

    I bought a new Sol Blue and the new controller and I bought a used (1 1/2 yrs) Sol Blue------My problem is the controller is only working with the NEW fixture and the used one is just on, I dont think it's running at 100% but its still uncontrolable.


    Does this new controller not work with the earlier model lights?

    You need new firmware in old light. update it with new controller

    So just hook up controller to my PC and go to AI's site and click on the firmware update button then hook back up to lights?

    Sorry I missed your call the other day.

    It seem to be--- I just unplugged and plugged the data cable for what ever reason and the used light started working with the controller, we'll see.

    When you plug the cable in it automatically updates the current firmware in your controller.
