If you're just doing FOWLR - you don't really need anything special for lighting because you won't be supporting any photo synthetic coral and it will just be used to view the fish.

If you do want it to keep the same clean look of an aquapod - you could look at nanotuners.com and they have hoods you can buy with no lighting - and then you can upgrade to whatever lighting you choose (and you would probaby just choose 2x13W PC lighting or something comparable)

If you want to DIY a canopy - again you just need minimal lighting - so you could build a canopy to fit the tank - and retro some small lighting into it.

I'm sure there are some reefers in the area who are willing or even wanting to seel the small amount of LR you'd need for a 12AP.
