how long on lights.

    I got some new lights  and been playing around with the timer on em and stuff and Iam curious about how long I should be running each.
    On my old lights I just had MH and ran em 8-9 hrs a day.  my new ones I been running my actinics 9 hrs and my MH with atinics for 5 so thats 2 hrs atinics then MH for 5 then 2 hrs atinics.
