I was at Seascapes in the fish room and another customer told me about GIRS. I joined pretty much right away and I consider my membership to be one of the best investments I have made in this hobby!

I stumbled onto this site back on 06, while looking for people to answer my questions nicely. I left for a while but now I am back on here. Since Uncle Sam let me go /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif

I met Kyle Potter today and he had a wealth of info and a great sump! He told me about your sight and can't wait to get a bunch of great info. So I joined. Here is some of my info. I currently have 4 foot long 120 gallon with 4 anemone's and 4 coral frags and 2 angels and 2 clowns and some others and tons of scavengers. I am hoping to get some soft corals and learn more. I am in the process of upgrading to 180 gallon and when I have it up and going and switch my livestock over, I plan on selling my 120 with sump and refugium and lights for any of those who may be interested.

Lucky enough to go to Central Campus and the club came up for a visit about 14 years ago. Without that visit I don't think I would of known about the club today. I wish the club was more visible at the local stores, because we would all have more success from the git go which would help the stores keep customers.

I heard about it from the guys at AC&C when I was passing through last year, and I joined when I heard that I would be in the area for a few months.

I heard about girs at Iowa pet food and seascapes. A customer heard me asking an employee questions about starting a saltwater tank and he told me when I got home to find this site
