First shot at using their doser for Alk. I need to dose 122.7ml Alk to get my Alk to 10.0...just did a WC a couple hours ago/DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif So what do I need to do now?...divide 122.7 by 1.1ml = 111.5454... Then what?

Can someone also post the code for dosing it from my Apex?

Is this a one time thing to get it up, or are you going to be dosing all the time?

I'm going to dose all the time Craig. I've been manually dosing for ages...

    Is this correct? :
    Fallback OFF

    OSC 000:00/008:00/052:00 Then ON
If Time 11:00 to 22:00 Then OFF

Here is what I do, I spread it throughout the day so it doses for 40 seconds every 20 minutes.

    Fallback OFF
    OSC 000:00/000:40/020:00 Then ON

You can adjust it however you want from there

That looks real good to me, and almost exactly how I ran my alk. Dosing at night and breaking it up hourly.

If I remember right you really have to watch your time statements so you don't miss an hour you are expecting to dose. If you want the first dose to be 10 at night I think the last statement needs to be.

If Time 11:00 to 21:59 then OFF

with the ALK portion it won't hurt to have a pH variable in there as well just incase. I know when I was dosing heavy with soda ash the pH in my tank would get a little higher than I liked if I didn't have that constraint in there.

If pH > 8.4 then OFF or something like that.

I tried to put the pH variable in but I get an error message. Here's what I entered: If pH > 8.39 Then OFF The error message : pH must be between 3.9 and 9.99 any ideas what's wrong? I tried putting Set OFF and Set OFF ...that didn't help /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/sad.gif So I tried If pH > 08.39 Then OFF....it works apparently as I didn't get an error message/DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif

I would set your pH to alert you around 08.30 on your email alerts too. PH of 08.40 is on the higher side, but OK. I would set the variable at 08.32 or where you feel comfortable at a point you can then make changes if needed. Email alerts are great. Love my apex.
PS not so cool when you get low sump alerts every hour on the hours. Lol
