Group Buy for Bulk Reef Supply?

    Can we get at least 10 (15 would be better) members from GIRS to order from Bulk Reef Supply during the same week?  Trying to get a group buy going, sounds easy according to their site.  All individuals are responsible for their orders, shipping and payments.  Read below can we get this going??

    ***NEW*** Group Buy is now available any time and as many times as your club would like to utilize it. This promotion is designed to maximize the discounts and remove all of the organizational hassle that normally goes along with a group buy. All you need is 10 people who want to buy at least one item from us at drastically discounted prices. Here is how it works: For one week we upgrade every member of your club who signs up and creates an account with special "Club Wholesale" status. This gives them individual access to the maximum quantity discounts without quantity requirements on all of our bulk material as well as considerable discounts on much of our product line. Each member of the club handles their own order individually. There is no need to organize the order, schedule a pickup/distribution day, or collect payments. If that isn't enough we offer one more exciting perk: All club members who participate in the group buy will have their accounts upgraded to "Preferred Reefer" status giving them a smaller but permanent discount. The only requirement to be eligible for this Introductory Reef Club offer is that a minimum of 15 club members sign up.

    Out of 419 members on GIRS there has to be 10 - 15 to get this going!!

    I am confused, it says 10 must buy but 15 must sign up. I don't need anything right now but I can definately "sign up" for later.

    Joel, it sounds like what they are saying is for the reef club to be considered as a club under their discount we need to be at least 15 members strong. The way we prove that is collecting signups (the minimum of which is 15).

    Anyway, sounds good, I am in. Would like some supplements.

    We are brand new and almost done cycling our 75 gallon. I am sure we would be up for any of these group good buys so you can count us in!

    I agree... I need some things but I can't wait more than another week. It sure would be nice to get some more signed up!! Come on guys!!!!

    Keep in mind that everyone that signs up gets "Preferred Customer" status which makes prices cheaper for all future purchases. Even if you don't need anything at the time of the group buy, you should sign up anyway to save you money in the future.

    I'm already in their Preferred Customer group. There was a group buy on Nano Reef a few months back that I got in on.

    Well, reading over BRS's information it can be anyone in the club as each order is considered a separate order.
