   In this economy, it's nice to receive a great customer experience:
   Called Fulham w/questions about my ballast, i.e. voltages so I could troubleshoot it...determined the ballast was bad, and even though it was out of warranty they offered to send me a new one pronto.
   Had the new ballast in a matter of days...amazing!
