I am ordering a pallet of Fritz Reef Pro salt.

This salt is exploding in popularity as more and more reef keepers try it and love it.

If you pick it up when it comes in so I dont have to load and un load it 2-3 times, $45 a box. Going forward it will be $55 a box.

    Thanks
    Craig

Yes, sorry. That is for a 200G box, and it actually makes 200 gallons, not 175 like some other brands I have used.

    Isn't it 200g at 1.025sg?

How long have you been using it? How have your corals reacted to the salt?

I have used it for over 2 years myself and the corals seems great with it.

I cannot remember the 2 types of salt mixes, but the type that is drier, mixes clearer with a little bit of heat is the type this one is. Instant Ocean is the other type.

Bill Wann (20,000 gallon home tank) switched to it this spring and raves about it.

That is what everyone thinks, he pays wholesale through his company, but he still pays for it.

I will be able to bring some to Fall Fest. I am sure you will like it. Shawn Hale is the main guy from Fritz if you know him. Good guy.

Is it one big bag or multiple bags in a box?

    Sounds good

After looking at their site a 55lb box gets you 205g at 30ppt or 1.022sg so it will get you about 175g or less at 1.026

I'll still take a box though to see how it mixes but I plan on sticking with Bio-sea Marine

    The salt is in.

I decided against bringing it to fall fest. I feel it would be rude to our host to sell my salt in his yard.
