    I was going to put a sheet of black extruded pvc I got from Aj in the back on the inside but my wife talked me out of it. As she knows that in the past I like to change the background alot. so I will probaly just get some two sided background at the pet store.

    On my 90, I used two sided background with SeaView gel. It looked awesome. It was a little messy to put on and kind of expensive, but produces great results.

    If you make it up to CR, Pet's Playhouse stocks it. It can be difficult to find online without paying as much to ship as you are the product.

    Fosters has it on sale for 4.79, but shipping $$ is a killer, unless you were going to order other stuff at the same time.......

    Yeah, exactly. That's what I ran into. And $4.79 was cheap...when I was looking, most were $8 to $9.

    put my black clowns in the tank the other day. it's not compleatly full yet but it will be tomorrow.[​IMG]
    I have some very nice corals coming this week so i'll post some pics then.

    Well I was going to post some pics of the chalice pack I got today but the bone head I got them from shipped them USPS from cali when I told him th use fedex so it took two days and now I have 12 chalices that some are dead and the others arn't to far off. also two dead ausie sps frags, total bummer! He is suppose to reship the whole pack in a few weeks via fedex at no extra charge. And I believe he will this person has nothing but good feedback. Still very frustrating when you are expecting some very nice frags but insted you have some very high dollar frag plugs.

    Odd that he would have done something so dumb...........he's got to know these things need overnight shipping and the PO isn't a good option. Too bad for those corals, what a shame! At least he's going to replace them- I hope he does.

    He says he prefers to ship USPS for some reason. And it wasent to save money thats for sure because ther were 20 $4.05 postage stamps on the box that's $81 bucks! What do you guys think should I give him a chance to replace the dead ones or file a complaint with paypal and see if I can get my money back? In a way he is in breach of contract because the agreement was over night shipping through fedex.

    I think the guy might be part retarded for spending that much money with the USPS. Good Lord. Give him a chance to replace it for sure.

    Yeah, I'd give him a chance, you have like 90 days I think to file a PP claim (might want to check for sure). He's definitely got a few screws loose or knows something we all don't about the USPS, lol

    Wel he is going to reship the order next week. I have to split the shipping with him which I think is BS but it's better than getting compleatly ripped off.

    81$ is shipping is horrible, even half of that is more than most places charge for overnight shipping.

    The original agreement was to ship Fed Ex and he went all cowboy on ya and shipped via the friggin' PO and now he wants to split shipping cuz he screwed up?! I think now may be the time to file a complaint with PP. I'd tell him he has to pay for his mistake (assuming you have it in writing somewhere that Fed Ex was the agreed upon carrier) and if he still wants you to split shipping, then PP can get involved. Sometimes just filing a claim is enough to get someone to straighten up and do what is right.

    Paying another $40 in shipping?!  If it were me, I would try to negotiate for a free frag or two to be thrown in for you having to send him more money.  The delivery being dead was his fault, not yours.  I would probably pay the extra money, but not without getting something additional for it.  Just my 2 cents.

    He is going to throw in two free frags. I think I will go ahead and go this route just because at the end of all this I want my corals. If I file the complaint there is no way of knowing that I will come out on top.

    Yeah, I agree.  As long as the two frags are worth the $40 you're paying, I would go that route too.
