Fish room Water change Input

Well I've started to get my fish room going, and will more than likely be posting a build thread. For now though, Ive been thinking all day and night for the last week on ideas on how to setup a easy, fast, and efficient way to set up water changes. My new setup is going to be a 180G upstairs, plumbed downstairs into the fish room. In the fish room will be 2 40 breeders, and a 75G sump, plumbed into the 180. I will have 2 65G water storage tanks next to the system, one with RO water and the other with mixed water ready for water change. I'd like to hear some ideas, and would especially love some pictures, from others with fish rooms and how they go about doing their water changes on big setups. I've narrowed it down to the idea of drilling a hole in the side of my sump, and running a pump to pump water into a 35 gallon trash can, with a valve at the bottom to drain the old water. Then I will have a pump inside the 65G fresh saltwater to pump water back into the sump. I will have float valves on the sump, and in the trash can to monitor and shut off pumps when x amount of water has been removed, as well as added. I'm defenetely curious as to what others have done though, so I would LOVE some feedback!

 

Holy crap I just googled that and I've never even heard of it! Wow that looks awesome. It doesnt say anything on the site tho about how fast it pumps water. How many gallons/how long does it take for you to do your water change?
