I did a tank biuld about 3 weeks ago going to a Refugium, things have been going great, however tonight I notice my filter bag for my 2 drains is filling up to the bulk heads basically another 3/4 inch it would overflow, I noticed it was too quiet so I checked it out.. So anyway I have cleaned it out atleast 3 times since I began running the Refugium, I cleaned it tonight with a garden hose(alot of pressure) no change when I put it back in, it seems clogged it is not letting much water back through? FYI It is a thicker durable bag, I'm thinking thats pretty common though...
Any ideas, suggestions .. right now I do not have it in...
    Thanks

I have to change mine 1 time a week otherwise the water just flows over the top. I put the old ones in a wash cycle with nothing but a little bleach

I change mine about every 4 days.
I rinse it out by placing a piece of pvc in it and spraying it with the hose in my sink, then I soak it in bleach water for 3 days rinse it out again same as before, let dry for a day and change it again.

When you cleaned it with a garden hose did you flush from the inside out or outside in?
by placing a pvc tube inside I seem to get a lot more to flush out when spraying on the outside.

flip your bag inside out a couple times when rinsing it out. i wash mine once a week with a shower head. flip inside out rinse, flip again rinse, flip it again then rinse. good as new.
