Looks like im not going to be able to set up night before now. Wife's car broke down and parts I ordered online won't be here tell Friday or Saturday so she is driving my van and works Friday. So count me out on the ribs I'll bring a side of some sort most likely potato salad and possibly a desert.

 

Suppose I could if I wanted to serve crap ribs

 

Ok just an update. I can't make my ribs on Saturday so I have to start tonight with my rub and cook tomorrow .

 

I'll be bringing my special organic Habanero Hot Sauce for the food and I'll have it for sale if anyone is interested.

I will get some potato salad and Cole slaw to bring.

 

I will not be able to bring my pork pinwheels just got home from work went to get them out and ready for the smoker and the pork loin is spoiled so this sucks but don't want to get people sick

 

Here is some ribs.... Not sure how I want to heat these bad boys back up for the fest today. Usually eat them right away.

 

So for some reason I thought the event started at noon. If that wasn't bad enough the power inverter I had to power my two crock pots on low (200-300 watts total) crapped out. Had to stop at Walmart quick and they had a 410w inverter on clearance, it can only keep the small crock pot on low.

Long story short, the ham should be warm, but cheesy potatoes won't be cooked all the way and I'll be there at 12:30.

 

You can raffle off the crock pot liner bag of 1/2 cooked cheesy potatoes!
