    OK everyone

    I hope this can be a fun exciting event. We want to bring something new to the show, and bring our members closer together. This may not go perfect, but it is worth a shot so bear with me.

    What we are going to do is give the first 10 people to sign up $20 towards the meat of their choice to prepare and bring to the fest. I understand some may spend more then $20, but this is what we can do. So the first 10 people to sign up gets it. If anyone else wants to bring a meat, they are all means more then welcome.

    Also, members are encouraged to bring a side dish or desert. I will have that list separately.

    The club will provide plates, silverware, and drinks.

    Lastly, there will be a trophy for best meat dish, and best side dish/desert.

    Hold off on tagging any groups quite yet - there is a bug in the group tagging but I have a fix for it. Instead, I'll send out a mass e-mail

    I totally honestly dont know.

    So far only 4 meat cookers have signed up. I am guessing 150-200 people?

    I posted that I wanted to bring stuff in the other signup thread, must have started another thread.

    I'll be there and will have some meat. I can do a smoked spiral ham and cheesy potatoes.

    Me and the wife are coming from Omaha, so I will have it smoked right before leaving and put it in a crock pot.

    I can also bring cheesy potatoes as a side. I have a power inverter, so I plan on having the crock pots running in the trunk.

    As long as I get my frags setup the night before then I'll have time to make some ribs. Will make 3 racks, would do more but that's all that will fit on my meager smoker lol.

    My schedule changed at work so I don't think I will be abel to cook before the fest. I'm going to try to make it there though
