Fall Fest 2020

Would you volunteer at Fall Fest if it was in your area?

    Good Evening Everyone!

    I am in the process of working on Spring Fest, but already wanted to open a discussion on what it might look like to bring Fall Fest to Iowa City or Cedar Rapids and if there is any interest in making it happen.

    I think either of those areas would be great. My only concern is getting the word out sooner to let people know about it. Maybe post flyers at local businesses on post boards and facebook groups. Stuff like that to advertise up coming events like the fests. At least a month or more before the event so people can make plans to attend.

    @shani@shani and @Easy E@Easy E! It would be awesome if we could do that. My goal would be to announce at Spring Fest what part of the state it will be in. If possible, we would even announce the date and the venue.

    Have to get a core group working on it.

    I say let's get a meeting and get on top of this. So there is no questions about doing things secretly. I'm available anytime to discuss all plans.

    How about we start with a date

    September 26/27 Iowa home
    October. 3/4 Iowa home
    October. 10/11 iowa away
    October 17/18 Iowa away

    Saturday per Sunday

    personally I would zero in on October 10th
