Fall Fest Fall Fest 2019 Volunteers Needed!

With Fall Fest right around the corner, we are going to need some volunteers available for:

- Setup (Friday night & Saturday morning)
- Registration/admission table
- Raffle ticket sales table
- Community Table
- Teardown

SETUP: ( 2-3 people each day, need to be able to lift and carry equipment)
Friday night - 4pm-9pm ( We would like to be done before 7pm to attend the reception Craig is hosting at his store - Aquatics and Exotics)

Entrance Tables (Member Check-in, Admissions, Raffle Ticket Sales)

We will need the following for manning these 2 tables:

11:30 - 1:00 (2 People, preferably 3 - this will be the busy time slot!):

2:30-4:00 (1 Person):

Community Table: (this was a lot of fun to oversee!)

12:00-1:30 (1 Person):
1:30-3:00 (1 Person):
3:00-4:00 (1 Person):

Teardown: (1-2 people to help after the event)
This will be quite painless as there will be a staff member that will break down all of the tables and chairs as well as clean up. All we need to do is break down GIRS equipment and make sure all of the vendors get the help they need.

Additionally: If anyone has experience with a camera we are looking for a volunteer to take pictures during the event. You would need to bring your own camera. This would be a great thing to add to your portfolio.
