Fall 2022 Hobby Events Update

This post expands on the bulk-email that is being sent out today. We prefer to keep the bulk emails short & to the point, but there's a lot of info about upcoming events!

Here are a few updates on events around Iowa this fall

*** Attention all Hobbyists ***

There is no membership/sponsorship requirement for selling at GIRS Fall Fest next month. This event is open to anyone that wants to sell! We want this event to be primarily for the hobbyist. The only thing you have to pay for is the table space itself.

Donations for giveaway items are welcome, but not required (and we're not going to pester you for one either, at least not more than once)

Once again GIRS is bringing you exciting corals at prices you will appreciate for our next grow out contest.
Special thanks to Ocean Man Aquatics, Jeanette Becker and Chummingham's Reef for providing the corals.

*** UPDATES ***
We have sold all the cornbred malefacents acros that we want to at this time. Hopefully we will have a few more to sell in a week or two.

If you have paid for your corals, you should have received an email regarding pickup on Wednesday (clarification on pickup location below). If you did not receive that email, check your spam folders or post in the thread and/or send a PM to the local contact for pickup.
