Emails being sent everytime a reply is posted?

    How do I make the emails stop? I went in and turn email notifications off but I'm still getting emails everytime someone replies to a thread I posted in. Is this cause I turned notificiations off AFTER posting in that thread?


    If anyone can make them stop or tell me how to that would be great.

    Go into the thread and uncheck the box right above the first post that says "check this box to subscribe to this topic"

    With your explanation I would say Dave is correct, unsubscribing to that specific thread should do the trick.


    Just FYI there is also a check box for each forum topic. Sometimes people end up accidentally hitting those and getting e-mails with each new thread.

    I think what David means is that there is a check box for each forum as well as each topic within the forum. So if you go to the Website sub-forum and check that box, you will get a notification for every new thread created as well as all replies to all threads within that sub-forum.
