Ecotech customer service A+++

    I had a issue with the magnet on one of my wet sides rusting. So I contacted them via email and they got back to me very quickly. After a few questions they said they would send out the parts no charge! Oh and I bought my pumps second hand so they are under no oblagation what so ever to replace these parts.
    They explained that this was a problem due to a issue that has been solved with the new parts. I asked if I should be worried about my other two wet sides? And after giveing him the numbers off of the drivers he agreed to replace the parts on them as well! So basicly their customer service rocks!!!

    Ecotech has been incredible to work with...not just for my own personal powerheads, but also for donation of demo powerheads and raffle powerheads. They have been great. It's nice to know that there are vendors out there that still stand behind their products 110%.

    Ya they are a small company that provide great customer service! I wish all companies could stay small and give the customers what they need.

    It is the actual propeller part of the unit that is in the tank. The motor sets on the outside of the glass and uses magnets to move the prop inside the tank

    Like I said Ecotech rocks! I was expecting parts and they sent 3 bran new wet sides minus the shrouds.

    I was very impressed with this level of service. They have erned my respect and made me a life long customer.

    I had similar excellent customer service one time. I shot water out of my loc line returns, and it fried my wireless wave driver. I sent it in, explaining what happened and expecting a modest replacement charge. It was sent back with a new board for the wireless driver, and a brand new DRY SIDE, since it was damaged as well. They basically gave me a brand new one. Also they upgraded three wet sides for me, just like Bill. However, this was because there was a known defect in their first gen wet sides. Still, they did not have to do that. Great company. Great powerheads.
