Yes, I have purchase several corals off of e-bay from this seller: http://shop.ebay.com/goldenbasket8/m.html

I would definitely recommend them. Great communication andpacking/ shipping was done very well.

Haha, That is who I was bidding from. If I won the auction I was going to bid on a few other things since I was already paying shipping.

I had a somewhat different and unpleasant experience with buying corals off ebay. First off I won about 8 auctions and then I added on 2 other corals he told me he had for specified prices. The kicker was, it was during the extreme negative temps we were having here in Iowa. There was a one day window to ship and Fed Ex "missed" picking up the package. So a week went by and he had some more auctions coming up that was interested in. I would not have bid more if I would have know he was going to try to make up lost profit with additional "shipping" costs. The agreed price was $65 dollars max for shipping, after the second set of auctions, he charged me an additional $50 dollars. He had my money at this point so I didn't feel like I had any choice but to pay. He kept saying "I really got him" with the corals that I won, but that doesn't mean try to recoup lost profit on shipping, that's why there was a max limit set. So all said and done, it was shipped, in a single small box for $115 (actually shipping cost was $54 per Fed Ex + $15 at most for packaging stuff). The real problems started when Fed Ex apparently had shipping issues, so I my package arrived a day late with next day guarantee...  He should have filed a claim with them since it was their fault.  Four of the corals were either dead or close when I opened the box. Two of the corals were the most expensive and there with in the same bag(not worth the risk in my opinion). The other two just losing their flesh. I had 2 others RTN that afternoon. I sent all the required picture and even called him when they arrived to let him know of the problems.  Basically, I was very disappointing when he told me that he would only give me credit for the corals lost and that I could put them on another future order. I don't want to make another order. His agreement on ebay said a credit would be given for those DOA's, as long as they weren't weather related(and they weren't). That could mean refund or other types of credit in different peoples minds. Long story short, I just wanted the corals I paid for in the WYSIWYG auctions or my money back. Sorry for the long dissertation, but I don't think I will ever buy an corals on ebay again because of this experience. If you want to know the sellers handle, I will be more than willing to share that in a PM, I won't bring myself to bash him publicly on a forum.
