Drilling Tank: Help

I am planning to drill a tank this weekend but have never done it before. Would anyone in the IC area be free to help/walk me through the process?

I plan on drilling 2 holes, one for a 1 inch bulkhead, and another for a 1/2 inch bulkhead.

 

I live in West Liberty never drilled before but have seen it done

This is a glass tank.

 

We are on vacation till Monday but I can try to help when I get back

 

Same thing in Florida till Monday have drilled many tanks
