Just make sure its not tempered or you'll end up with a million tiny pieces. Other than that its easy. Make a damn out of some putty and fill it with water, make a guide so the drill doesn't walk, use steady very light pressure - mainly the weight of the drill is enough pressure-. Its a little nerve racking doing the first hole. If you have a scrap piece of glass handy it might be best to do a practice run or two before the real thing.
