I have been in a phase lately to add a little more diversity to my tank other than just SPS and LPS.  Anyway I thought it would be neat to try my hand at non-photosynthetic gorgonians and sponges.  Also got a carnation tree coral and a Christmas tree worm rock.  There's red and blue feather worms that pop out but the blue was in hiding at the time.  Anyway I thought I would share a couple pics....

Very nice!  Do you have to do anything special for your new additions?

Thanks all! /site/DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif  I am pleased with how the tank is shaping up.  I'm still deciding on a few others but my goal is to have a nice variety when it's all said and done.
Robyn, the gorgonians are supposed to be fed things like brine shrimp and kept up on trace elements like iodine etc.  I'm taking a slightly different approach so I'll let you know if it works out in the long term or not.

Coming along nicely. It will be interesting to see if you are able to keep the more difficult specieslong term.
