Help!! Disease on fish?

    Hey everybody - I need some help identifying a disease on a fish. At least it looks like a disease....

    You can see in the picture that there are a couple of spots that showed up on this magnificent foxface. There is also something on his top fin.

    Any ideas? There hasn't been anything new added to the tank in over a year....

    Looks to me that it got stun by the bubble tip
