My cycloseris has tissue recession, skeleton beginning to show at the top...

Is there anything I can do for it?I'm trying not to move it around much.  Right now it is in low flow, low light.  I moved it out of mid light, mid flow after I saw the tissue recession.  Does it need high light high flow?
    My parameters are:
    1.024
    1360 mag
    11.5 Alk
    430 calc
I do have some bubble aglae/cyano on the sand bed but my phosphates and nitrates are pulling zero.

Have you been feeding it? Mine used to eat huge amounts of frozen foods daily.

I've been alternating mysis shrimp, rods, coral frenzy every other day. Kinda hard to target feed this guy. Might try to create a feeder box for it to isolate it in the tank and allow it to eat in peace.
