Ok my tank has finished cycling but I dont plan on adding livestock for a little bit, except maybe some snails and crabs. My question is... should I start adding the soda ash, calcium, and magnesium now or wait? I plan on adding some coral in 3 to 4 weeks to give it a chance for any other little cycles.

no, you wont need to worry about anything like that for a very long time. You add that when your coral sucks it out of the faster then you can keep up with regular water changes.

The snails and crabs will need food to eat :0) I'm curious why you are not planning on adding fish or coral since it has cycled (0 nitrate, nitrite, ammonia)? The bacteria need food too. Every new tank goes through mini cycles because it is still immature(for lack of a better word) even after the initial big cycle :0)
