Alright. SO, I have not done a group by through reefcleaners before. I was looking on their website and aparently, they have it set up so that you need to finish the order 2 days before the group buy is scheduled to ship.


Here is what info I received when I submitted a form for it: Thank you for your interest in this website. We will contact you shortly about your group buy. In the mean time here is some info that helps the process go along smoothly: The closing day will have to be two days before the scheduled shipping day for the group buy. This gives us enough lead time to get everything in order, and to make sure to limit our regular orders so we can package the group order correctly. Have your members make their orders straight through the website, but have them choose the group buy shipping option during checking out, it is free. When we package all the orders, we will place each individual's name on the bags containing their items and ship on the selected day. In the unfortunate event that there are losses, have the purchaser email me directly, (through our site), and will take care of the problem. All the Best, John Maloney


I don't know that we will be able to get the shipment out the door by tomorrow. And, therefore it will not be able to get here by Friday. I am hoping to get it straightened out shortly. It also appears that they have it set up so that you can pay directly on the website and have the items shipped directly to one location for pickup. I will confirm how this all works today if I can. Then maybe sometime next week will work better for everyone to stop by and pick up their CUC. Maybe a Thursday pickup?

Hey again everyone! So, it looks like we are good to go! I was told if we got the orders in tonight by midnight, we could get them shipped out tomorrow for Friday delivery.

So, we just need to get the orders in. On Reefcleaners everyone NEEDS to order themselves. Go on line and fill out what you want to get exactly. Then when you go to check out, make sure you choose GROUP PURCHASE for your items. Then you can put down my name for the group order "Pete Hondred" Let me know if you need any other info.
