Are the frags freshly glued or healed over?
What is the time frame an meeting place as I live in Waterloo?

They have all been healed for a minimum of a month.

Don't have exact times worked out yet, but I expect it to be between 1-4. I will be stopping in North Liberty, so that would likely be the closest place for you.
