I have a coral that is very close to growing into the glass. Do I need to frag this coral or will it redirect its growth on its own?

Lots of times they will encrust themselves to the glass, what kind of coral is it?

It is a purple stag horn Acro. I am not sure of the offical name. I picked it up from Glaspie 2 years and one month ago. It has grow about 8 to 9 inches tall and wide.
I could not load the picture here so I put a link to a picture on photobucket.

That first link does not seem to go anywhere. I forgot to mention...it is the one in the back.

    I would frag it out!

I'm sure there are some new members that could use some nice frags.

I think you should definately frag it back, about 3 inches I would say. And then give it to one of your club members in the Waterloo area.
