Imagine the chances, that's one of the reasons I was looking into a nano. I hope you have success, I read a little about rearing the young, it sounds involved but not impossible. Both batches I have witnessed so far have hatched but they quickly disappear in a tank of predators. Mine laid in two different spots so far, both under the shelter of their nem.
You should be able to watch the eggs mature, and get them pulled out the night of the hatching. Let us know how it works out.

Your best bet is to by the book "Clownfishes" by Joyce Wilkerson. It's about the simplest clownfish rearing book there is. At AC&C we're going to be breeding clownfish, bangaii cardinals, some pseudochromis, gobies, and others. Craig showed me a great article from Matt Pederson: http://reefbuilders.com/2010/11/02/hands-on-in-depth-reed-mariculture-rotigrow-system/

Also, MOFIB is a great site to look for more information. http://www.marinebreeder.org/index.html

Good luck, take lots of pictures.
