I have been having slightly cloudy water for the past week.  It is worst in the morning and seems to clear up as the day goes on.  I added about 40 pounds (already had about 50) of live rock a week ago.  Is that possibly causing this?  Any recommendations are welcome.

yea, that is most likely your problem
I would run some carbon in the tank

might be a bacteria bloom from the LR addition.

Could be die off from the new rock, i would check your water for nitrates and ammonia.

I would second both answers. Most cloudy water issues are bacteria blooms and running activated carbon will adsorb the loose debris and you're water should be clear in a short time.

Thanks. I will try adding more carbon.
