My tank is always cloudy and I dont know why I always change the filters when needed.... I have an adult dragon wrasse in there I know that he digs and throws rocks around but he doesn't create that much of a cloud...
My question is what could I do to reduce and get rid of the cloudyness in my tank? Would a sump help? Would it help if I put a carbon reactor on it?

I would use a carbon reactor they help a lot with water clarity. Also I would get a Sump and run the overflow through a filter sock

Carbon will help. A micron filter would clear it right up and you can use it as needed. If you don't want to set up a sump you could use this filter for carbon most of the time and put a micron filter in it every once and a while to polish the water up.

I put a bag of activated carbon in hopefully that works... I think I might just put a sump on it and get another brs reactor for also
