Cheato Lighting

    I'm thinking about using these http://www.elementalled.com/3w-cree...-bulb.html
    Just one or two to light my refugium and grow cheato, the color temp is right, but I don't know if the intensity is going to be enough. I suppose a match is probably bright enough to grow cheato.....but I want vigorous, nutrient sucking growth.
    Thoughts? Opinions? Theres a tech sheet on that web site.
