    thay say thay are the same as xms just not as blue  i talk to a tec on the phone

    These bulbs aren't to bad. I had a set of 250's on my tank. Before i bought them i talked to the guys at marine depot to get the scoupe about them .... they told me some of the guys fron phoenix broke off and formed this company. When they were testing the bulbs out they claimed the were as blue if not a little more then the phoenix. As far as getting your money back from them if you don't like them...good luck. I was told the only way they refund on bulbs are if they reccomend them or they're damaged when you get them. I would call them even though the website says so.
    A good deal for the price IMHO !!!!
