I called them with some off the wall question and Justin was great to talk to. He informed about the light bracket system coming out in a month or so and saved me the time and money of doing it twice. Someday i'll sell my kid and get the lights I want.

 

I wounder if that is just for people that bought the light for the higher price.
Reading the AI site it just says purchase dates, and not a price regulation
I got mine on the 9th but only paid the $399 price?
Not trying to get some thing for nothing.
But if they are willing to give it to me, I would buy there Black box for sure.

 

Hmmm, what about dealers that bought a bunch of SOL's for more than 399 and now have to take a loss. I don't think a free wireless module will satisfy. Hopefully they take care of their dealers as well. I talked to many that were very upset about this. Maybe it will all work out OK.

I have 8 of them on the shelf that I paid over $400 each for, now retail is $399.
I tried calling them every day last week & no one answers the phone or returns my call.  Great customer service huh.
So needless to say, I am not all warm & fuzzy about AI right now.
What about the customer who bought four of them 3 weeks ago for $600 each, now to find out that they are $400 each.

AI is going to take care of us on our in stock lights.

Our new price is now $399 and we have 13 in stock!!!!!!

 

Glad to hear they are helping out their dealers! Are you guys carrying the nano sol Craig? Or the controllers?
