    Hi,
We're setting up a booth at MACNA where our bloggers can have a place to rest.  I'm looking to get a cheap cloth sofa or something similar for the booth, we need it delivered to MACNA and removed at the end of the show.  Our two options are:
    Rent from a GIRS member
Buy and donate to a GIRS member at the end of the show.
Please contact me if you are interested in helping us out.  It would either be some cash in your pocket or a free sofa for the kids room.
Also I have some questions about local venues near the Hyvee hall.
    Thanks,
    Josh

    Thanks Jason.

I figured I would put it out there to see if anyone wanted to benefit from our lack of interest in trying to bring a sofa on an airplane.

We can check with our decorator but I am sure the local shops would appreciate the business. The two that come to mind are Slumberland and Homemakers, I imagine they would both deliver for free.

Homemakers does have a "bargain" area with a bunch of scratch n dent stuff as well as discontinued models. However, I doubt they would deliver for free. I would certainly pickup and deliver for a kids room couch /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif

If anyone is interested, we'd like to know if Homemakers has a sectional in the discontinued/scratch area that is less than 120" long/wide. If you can send photos and price we could possibly purchase it in advance and you can keep it until MACNA (and after the event as well of course). I'd prefer to spend around $300 or so.
