   I can log into my Apex screen on the computer, but now it just loads the page white. KPotter may have had a simmilar issue but his was an apex hardware deal I think. My Apex has been working great for a year now....I just reinstalled Windows....and think I may have missed a step...but I went back and reinstalled the 'web page update' from the Apex flash install. I did not re-flash the device itself since I just did that about 2 months ago. What am I missing?

   I would say clear your cache out on your browsers and or try another browser. Upating your brower also my be in order if you just reinstalled windows. I would use Firefox or google crome.
