Looking for a little help here. Got an Apex the other day along with the Lunar sim module. Kind of messing around with it and can't get the lunar lights to work. When I power on the unit the lights flash so I know they are still good.
I added it through the configuration > module setup page and it shows up as an outlet like it should. I checked the seasons table and saw that moonrise isn't until 00:03 so on the outlet setup page for my Lunar_A1 I adjusted the program so the lights should be on. On my status page they show up as on, but they aren't actually on. Any clue to what I could be doing wrong? Thanks.

The lunar sim module should always be on. The time and brightness of the LED's themselves varies every day according to the phase of the moon. Often, they will be on during the day, or on at a very low intensity.

This is one of the confusing things about the lunar sim module. There is no way to force it to turn the LED's on at full intensity, you just have to wait for the right time/day. If you just want moonlights that are on every night, the lunar sim module actually wont' help you (at least not until they make it so that you can modifiy the seasonal tables in the APEX).

    I mis-spoke slightly...

You don't set them on all the time, you use the following statement to turn them on when the moon should be out.

    If Moon 000/000 Then ON

Yes, that comes up automatically in the outlet program when I add the Lunar module. It also shows the state of the outlet and it does indeed switch when the correct time comes around. As for the intensity I don't know how that is handled.
I was playing with the advance/delay time in the program trying to get a time they would actually come on while it showed the outlet was on, but I had no such luck. Maybe I just need to wait around, but the moon cycle happens to be starting really late right now.

Update. Got it all figured out. The phone cord I was using was only 2 wire. Changed it out to a 4 wire cord and it works just fine.
