Help!! Anyone in Des Moines area with a band saw?

We need to cut a couple of rocks to get rid of some nuisance polyps (while saving the good ones) before they spread in our tank. Anyone in Des Moines have a bandsaw that could make a couple of cuts for us? Can pay in coral...thanks!

I have one, but wont be in the area for another week or two. If you can pull the rock out ever thought of just using super glue on them?

Too many for super glue or kalk plus want to be sure they are gone.

Let me know when you are around next if you are willing to do it. Thanks!

Hey Dave. Have you tried a Dremel tool? Or is rock too big?

I've used a diamond blade from menards in an angle grinder before, that worked ok but it's a little cumbersome. Not much for making fine delicate cuts.

Too big for dremel but my backup is angle grinder with masonry wheel. But, I think I found someone locally with a saw. Thanks

Lol. Agree. Definitely not a surgical instrument!

I have a 10in radial arm saw that has a tile blade on it right now. Its what I have been using to cut dry rock for my 110. Let me know if I can be of any assistance.

If you don't have it done by the time I make it down Ill bring the saw. How big is the rock? I have the Gryphon XL, but even with the XL you're still limited on height.
