Any Hot Sauce lovers here?

I love my hot sauce but I dont have a collection. Always been a fan of spicy foods so of course I need my hot sauce. Which of these is the hottest?

 

I am a hot sauce nut but don't have that kind of collection!!!

Tabasco Chipotle isn't all that hot but its VERY high up on my list for excellent flavor!!

If its spicy I'll eat it!

tHoT'S AWEsome sauce 'em... and I thought Rudy's taco's had the best selection. I can understand the obsession.

 

I eat hot but not nearly as much as my brother does.  He likes Dave's insanity, Mad dog 357 and others.  He's even growing out the hottest pepper in the world.  Link: Bhut Jolokia pepper  Personally, I think you guys are nuts!

Nice collection Jeremy, I love hot sauce too, dont have near that kind of collection anymore. The girlfriend decided to clean the fridge one day and threw out half of mine cause she thought they were old... I think she just thought I had too many and were taking up too much fridge room

 

dont see any cholula in there tho... not that hot but excellent on taste... Thats my go to sauce for everything

 

i know it really ain't a hot sauce but anyone a fan of wasabi? and i guess you really have to be a fan of sushi (which i am) to appreciate wasabi.

 

Oh I LOVE wasabi - the more, the better! Anybody a fan of Sriracha sauce? Not nearly as hot as the ones in Jeremy's collection, but the flavor is really excellent, and it tastes great on basically everything!

I kept scrolling the picture down to find more and more and more.... I thought it was never going to end.

How long does that stuff last before it goes bad?
