Algae Scrubber Video

I have been running an algae scrubber as my sole filtration for about a year. This video is not intended to show a beautiful tank, but a tank that requires very little upkeep and equipment. I realize it needs a cleaning, and new t5 bulbs which are about 14 months old.

Ultimately, this is a tank with minimal water changes, no vacuuming, and over feeding a diy blender mush everyday. In my opinion the Algae Scrubber is not a gimmick, but you can decide for yourself.

I really enjoyed that! I hope more people will show videos of their tanks and give a bit of an overview as you have done. (Can you tell I'm missing my tank a bit?)
