I have had a Sol Blue for awhile now and really like it. I am just curios what settings other AI owners use and how well their corals have responded to the different settings, etc. I am also wondering if there is a setting that most closely mimics different kelvin temperatures, if anyone has been able to find out.

Mine are roughly 14" above water and i keep em at 85 or 90%. All 3 colors. If you use the search youll find a few threads as this has been brought up before lol.

There are sooooo many different options. Mine are 12 inches off the water line. I have them at (B 90 RB 90 W 80) The lights come on at 10:00 AM and ramp up for 3 hours and then go start to ramp down for three hours at 7:00 PM and are off at 10:00 PM. My goal is to acclimate my corals though so it ends up being (B 100 RB 100 W 90)

My wife likes a little bit more blue tank, so it is a preference for us.

I come on at noon and ramp them up to 60 60 40 for 3 hours then ramp them back down and they shut off at midnight. I plan on them getting to 80 but go slow, give it time.

I wasn't seeing the growth I'd hoped for with my 3 fixtures over my 180, so I dropped 'em down to about 10" off the water and cranked them to 100 across the board. Saw almost immediate uptick in look of the corals.

I need to get ahold of our regional par meter.

Hey Dead Fish what time do they kick on and how long do you run them at 100 percent? Mine are prob 14 inches off the water and I have 4 over a 60 inch tank.

They ramp up for a few hours then run at 100 for maybe 5-6 hours. I'd be careful going to 100 with 4 on a 60". That's a foot shorter than mine. Maybe I need another one.
